Prices

All prices are daily prices and valid only on the day of ordering. Price changes may therefore occur.
All prices include 25% VAT. Gnavernes-verden.dk reserves the right to change any discounts or discount schemes.

We reserve the right for typographical errors and the right not to complete an order in the event of obvious pricing errors or similar.

Payment

When paying with MobilePay, the amount is reserved by MobilePay and not by Gnavernes-verden.dk.

Gnavernes-verden.dk only withdraws the payment when the goods are shipped. This applies to all payment methods.

Payment information is sent directly to PBS (Nets) in encrypted form (SSL), accessible only by you and PBS (Nets). No other parties store or access this information.

When paying by debit or credit card, the amount is withdrawn as soon as the goods leave Gnavernes-verden.dk.

Accepted payment methods: Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron. No card fees are charged.

ViaBill allows installment payments. A minimum monthly amount is required, which can be viewed during checkout. Late payment may incur fees. If the purchase is canceled, the ViaBill agreement ends.

Anyday: First installment is charged upon shipment, followed by three monthly installments. No interest or fees if paid on time.

Reservation of Amount

For international cards, the amount is reserved immediately and remains reserved until:

1. The amount is withdrawn upon shipment, or

2. The reservation is released by the card issuer.

Risk

The risk of accidental damage or loss transfers to the buyer when the goods are in the buyer’s possession.

Complaints & Warranty

You are entitled to a 2-year warranty under Danish Sale of Goods Act for manufacturing or material defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention.

The invoice must be presented when making a complaint. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months are always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, you may receive repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction.

Reasonable return shipping costs will be refunded. Items must be returned in proper packaging.

Repairs

If repair is required due to a defect, a return label will be provided. Shipping is covered by the seller unless no defect is found, in which case the customer pays shipping (normally DKK 49 each way).

Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be directed to Dennis Hofmann at reklamation@gnavernes-verden.dk.

If unresolved, complaints can be submitted to the Danish Complaints Board (Center for Klageløsning) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution portal.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal and an additional 14 days to return the item.

You cannot refuse delivery without notifying us of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Certain goods are excluded from withdrawal rights, including perishable goods and sealed items where hygiene seals are broken.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days after notification. The customer bears responsibility for damage during return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after withdrawal notification, using the same payment method.

We collect name, address, phone number, and email to fulfill orders. Data is stored for 5 years and handled according to GDPR regulations.
