Returns

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the package, and you bear the risk if the item is damaged during transport.

The expected maximum cost for returning these items is: DKK 1,500.00

Condition of the Item Upon Return

If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only receive a partial refund. The refunded amount depends on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, this may result in only the shipping costs being refunded.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item’s value.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has decreased in value, the amount for which you are liable will be deducted from the refund.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation that the item has been returned.

No Right of Withdrawal

The following agreements are not subject to the right of withdrawal:

• Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

• Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to our address.

Items returned carriage forward (UFRANCO) or cash on delivery will not be accepted. When returning items, please use a Danish shipping company—not alternative parcel distributors—as this allows the shipment to be tracked in case it is lost during return transport.

Items should be securely packaged and returned together with a copy of the invoice. Please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund of the item price. We recommend returning the item as an insured parcel via PostNord or GLS.

These return rules apply to all goods sold via distance selling to private consumers and do not apply to goods sold to businesses.

Right to Amend

Gnavernes-verden.dk reserves the right to change and update the rules and terms applicable to this website. It is therefore important to stay informed of any changes.
