Introduction

Naturligvis Marsvinefoder is a Danish-produced complete feed based on the guinea pig’s natural diet and specific nutritional needs. The feed is developed on a scientific basis with a focus on ensuring the correct supply of vitamins and minerals – especially the vital vitamin C that guinea pigs cannot produce themselves. The feed consists solely of natural raw materials and ingredients that support the guinea pig’s health:

The flaxseed provides important omega-3 fatty acids, known to strengthen the immune system, skin and coat. Methionine, an essential amino acid, is added in precise amounts to cover the guinea pig’s needs – especially important for young animals and breeding stock.

Feeding instructions / Recommendation

Give approx. 20 g per kg body weight daily as a supplement to hay and fresh water. Guinea pigs must receive vitamin C daily through their feed, which this product ensures. The high fiber content also contributes to a well-functioning digestion and natural tooth wear.
